3D Imaging

Cone Beam 3D imaging is now the standard of care in both medicine and dentistry for obtaining accurate  images of bony tissues to aid in diagnosis (pathology, trauma, TMJ evaluation, impacted tooth position and relationship to vital structures) and to improve accuracy and outcomes of surgical intervention, whether that be removal of wisdom teeth, cysts or tumors of the jaws or placement of dental implants.

Our scanner is the second generation  i-CAT,  which provides complete imaging with only an 8 second scan, emitting the lowest radiation of any available scanner currently on the market, on par with radiation exposure you might get flying in an airplane from New York to Los Angeles.  In most implant and bone grafting cases, the fee for the CT scan is included in the global surgical fee.
